Services
Adelaide Emergency Plumbing provides licensed plumbing services across the greater Adelaide area. All work is carried out by licensed SA plumbers in accordance with applicable legislation and standards.
Quotes and Pricing
We provide upfront pricing before commencing work. Quoted prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes once work has commenced. You will be informed of any variations before they proceed.
Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you experience an issue directly related to workmanship within a reasonable period after service, we will return to rectify the issue at no additional charge, subject to fair assessment.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, and electronic transfer. Outstanding invoices may attract interest at the standard rate.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellations
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may attract a call-out fee.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in SA courts.
